A twenty-year-old contractor with award-winning developments behind them had a site that undersold every one of them — the work was buried below the fold in a narrow column.

What changed.
Rebuilt in Next.js alongside the existing site, so the live domain was never at risk while the work was in progress.
Led on the completed developments rather than on a company statement: full-bleed aerial photography at the top of the page instead of a centred heading.
Sectors and supply-chain routes split out with their own metadata, which the original had no way to express.
